I ordered a hoodie from eminem.com and the sizing was close to what I expected. I went with my usual medium and it fits well, though it got just a tiny bit snug after washing. Still super comfy and looks great 🙂 I’d give it 4 stars since the sizing info could be a bit clearer.

I reached out twice and never got a single reply back. Maybe they’re busy, but it left a bad impression and made me feel like fans don’t really matter to them.

Overall, the site works well and I was able to find what I needed in maybe 5 or 10 minutes. The only thing is the menus could be a bit clearer, since I had to click around a few times to figure out where things were.

I ordered from the site and had a quick question about my order , but I never heard back from support . I sent a couple of emails and just kind of waited around with no real update . I get that they might be busy , but when you’ve already paid , it’s frustrating not being able to get a simple answer . Definitely not the best customer service experience for me ...

I went on eminem.com because I was trying to grab some merch, mostly just browsing while I had coffee and was killing time before getting ready for the day. The problem was that pretty much everything I actually liked was already sold out.

A bunch of sizes were missing, and some items would show up like they were available, but then when I clicked into them, they weren’t actually there to buy. It got annoying fast because the site kind of makes it seem like there’s more available than there really is.

I checked back a few different times, even later in the week, and it was basically the same situation. I get that popular stuff sells out, but it feels kind of pointless to have a shop if most of the good items are never in stock.

I ordered from eminem.com and the tracking was useless, honestly. It kept saying my package was just sitting in one place for days, and then out of nowhere it was at my door. I’m glad it actually showed up, so that part is fine, but I was checking it a lot and had no clue what was happening with it. Not a horrible experience or anything, just annoying when you already paid and you’re trying to know where your stuff is

I ordered some merch from Eminem and honestly... I’m still waiting. The delivery date kept getting pushed back, tracking barely updated, and when I reached out to support, the replies were slow. The merch looks cool, which is why I ordered in the first place, but now I’m not sure I’d trust the shipping again

I’m a big Eminem fan, but the prices on eminem.com felt steep to me. By the time shipping got added, it was like another $10 or so on top, and it just didn’t feel worth it. The merch is fine, but not special enough to justify paying that much. I was expecting better value from the official store. Unless the prices come down quite a bit, I probably won’t be ordering again.

So, yeah, I was trying to pay and, the checkout page just kept freezing on me. I tried to finish the order, but it wouldn’t really load properly, and I couldn’t get the payment to go through.

I actually like that they have some exclusive stuff you really don’t see anywhere else, so I don’t get why people act like there’s nothing good. That said, the good sizes do sell out fast, and yeah, the selection can feel a little limited sometimes. It’s not perfect, but it’s still decent overall if you’re checking in at the right time.

From what I remember, the return process was straightforward and I didn’t have any real issues sending it back. The refund did take a bit longer than I expected, but it eventually came through, so overall it was okay...

All I can think about right now is how long this has taken. It’s been three weeks and my order still hasn’t shown up, so my latest impression of the whole experience is bad...

The package arrived in good shape. The box had a small dent on one corner, but it wasn’t a big deal at all and everything inside was fine.

I ordered a hoodie from eminem.com the hoodie itself is solid. The material feels nice and thick, and the print looks clean instead of cheap or blurry, which I was relieved about. The fit was pretty much true to size too. But man, the shipping took longer than I expected, and the packaging was super basic. Like, for what you pay, I kind of expected a little better presentation. Nothing was damaged though, so I can’t complain too much. Overall I’m happy with the hoodie and would probably order again, I just wish the whole delivery process was a little smoother.

The shirt just felt a little off to me, and the tags didn’t look quite right. I’ve seen similar ones around before, but this one didn’t really seem authentic.
